I received my BSc in Biology, and I specialized in marine biology. By pursuing the International Master of Science in Marine Biological Resources (IMBRSea), I was introduced to conservation science which aims to balance the needs of people and nature. Afterwards, I developed a growing interest in quantitative methodologies and bio-statistics. Currently, my research focuses on understanding fish population dynamic models and reference points used for management. I am studying possible links from the single-species approach to the multispecies and ecosystem approach to achieve sustainable management goals.
